Apply Online for BSNL Broadband - UDAAN

NOW BSNL AT YOUR DOORSTEP............ by Project UDAAN !!!

BSNL has introduced a project known as UDAAN for the convenience of customer. Now BSNL users can activate LandLine / BroadBand / WLL / WIMAX/ 3G DataCard connection just by online or a SMS or a phone call.

Project Udaan offers a very easy and convenient way to apply for a BroadBand/LandLine/WLL/WIMAX/3G Data Card connection. With Project Udaan, users can simply register for a new connection just by sending a simple SMS as shown Below


Simply send SMS the following to 54141 (BSNL mobile)/ 9400054141 (For All Other operators like Airtel,Vodafone,Aircel,TATA,RELIANCE...........etc)

  1. LL         for Land Line
  2. BB            for BroadBand
  3. LL+BB      for LAndLINE and BROADBAND
  4. WIMAX    for WIMAX
  5. OTHERS    for any other like EVDO,3G DATA Card etc...
ex: send LL to 54141 for landline.

You may also apply online at:  http://udaan.bsnl.co.in  

And BSNL's Sales team will come to your Door Step to collect documents and provide the connection.

    I applied broad band connection through online as well as direct. My request was rejected and the reason was not feasible. But BSNL connection is already there in my flat and my Area. The PO box available in 20 feet distance. Please help me to provide connection to my home. I am residing in Chennai Nanmangalam, ponniamman koil 2nd steet.

    I have applied directly for Braodband on 5thMarch2013 Case No.1816088930, & also applied online several times Lead No.KABM04051300007. But after contacting bsnl SDO several times, still no response from them. We have LL since 15yrs, & our neighbors are using Braodband from many years, then dont know why its causing problem to give connection.
    Please help

ONCE YOU GO TO PANCHAYATH OFFICE,VILLAGE OFFICE,ELECTRIC OFFICE AND TELEPHONE EXCHANGE THEY NEVER GIVE YOU A SOLUTION FOR YOUR GRIEVANCE. JUST THEY WILL TELL YOU "COME TOMORROW" "HE IS NOT IN THE SECTION TODAY" "HE IS IN FIELD WORK TODAY" "ITS TIME FOR LUNCH" "BRING SUFFICIENT PAPERS (THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHAT). THIS IS THE SITUATION IN INDIA. EVEN THOUGH YOU VISIT THEM 100 TIMES THERE IS NO PROOF, THERE IS NO REGISTRATION BOOK, TOCKEN OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. SO YOU CANNOT COMPLAIN SAYING I WAS THERE SEVERAL TIMES. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHO IS RULING INDIA JUST GO TO THESE OFFICES, YOU WILL KNOW WHO.

    This Arulkumar i have applied BSNL broad band connection 21 May and i received landline number 27 May, i checked my status in your site it showing alloted for feasiblity last two weeks back they checcked the feasibility for my home and went still i have not received any connection and call from your side So could you please check and let me know the status

    submitted all my documents on 03-Jul-2013,But still(After 45 days - today 19-Aug-2013) i didn't get connection. I have paid Rs.500 for new connection also. Please do the needfull.

      Go to BSNL Grievience Cell and Consumer Court.
      Make sure you get the Consumer Court Verdict printed on the local news paper.
      This will discourage others to opt for BSNL.

      I've applied in Month of JUNE and still waiting for the Sales Associate (Mr. B Raju - 9483505554).
      I spoke to him once and he just said he will come. He is not even bothered to take my calls. I've even sent him SMS. All in vain.

      RTI should be used to improve governance not Companies.
      Employees of the company are responsible for the improvement not us.
      The best way is to simply forget that their is a company called BSNL.

    Guys. Dont' give so much of भाव to BSNL.
    If you have option then go for Private operator.
    BSNL will not improve unless an Private Firm acquires it.

      No Pulkit I'm not an employee of any telecom company. Hota to achaa hota yaar. I would have never wasted time on BSNL than.
      Please read all the above posts. We are all among people who have suffered in the hands of BSNL.
      Why should a employee of any other telecom company even bother to look at these posts?
      If your are happy with BSNL please carry on doing business with them.
      And if you have a solution to the above stated problems please help us by sharing it with us so that we can also benefit from BSNL services too.

    I applied for LandLine and broad band connection through online as well as direct. My request was rejected and the reason was not feasible. But BSNL connection is already there in next building close to my building . we total 80 flat owner apply for new LL +BB connection we have visited to our area exchange 10 to 15 time we got the answer we required at least 20 connection to lay the cable we 85 customer submited the document still we received the same reply not feasible. I thng Udaan project is nothing but the vasting of money of BSNL.

    I had BB connection in past..after disconnection did not get deposit back...disconnected few months back..now again I applied for connection they took money as deposite but they do not have feasibility...making people..fool..not only bsnl every other department...this country is not for aam adami... we should be thrown out of this country.. if one wants to live in this country..he/she should be either in politics or very very very..Ricj..

    i am really diappointed with BSNL GOA(mapusa-saligaon-para) i am staying in parra and i had connection before but i disconnected before 1yr back as wasin abroad,now i came back i applied for new connection since from 3,4 months but still i didnt got it,
    my name is in parra list but they are not coming to fixit,Saligoan head officer is saying here people are waiting fom 2 yrs andwe are not giving them so itstoo early to give you connection,andalso saying we don't have enough manpower thats why they are calling parra BSNL labours to complete their work.Wheni ask to that saligaon officer why you are doing this he issaying don't talk much other wise we will not give you any connection and said go and do complaint .see how one govt.employee is talking with a girl kindly look into

    It was the time of BSNL when there was no competition of it. Bu Now there are other alternate options to Connect Broadband service easily, fastly and more economically. other companies are offering much better schemes on Broadband connections like 4G, Fiber, DSL etc.

    On 27-10-2018 myself applied online on behalf of Mr. Keshav Bhagwat for new connection of landline with broandband. The BSLN. dialed my brother for confirmation on his mobile. and satisfied. A No. for reference was given No.2000292937 and was asked to pay Rs. 1300/ + Rs. 500 but no demand note was sent. How can he pay the amount to the BSNL local exchange without having demand note ? Pl. send demand note for the above quoted application registration No. at an early date.

    It looks BSNL Udaan is not flying. i have applied for BSNL FTTH connection on 6th march 2019 with through BSNL marketing personnel who visited my place. i have paid 1045 as fee along with application and confirmation of my connection is sent as sms with no 120846334032. Payment receipt no is 0096067 dt 9.3.2019 paid at BSNL customer care Erragada Hyderabad. After this activity nobody responded from BSNL. i contacted various offices of bsnl in hyderabad and ultimately today i was told that they are not giving connection. I have been reading in the news that bsnl is not supported by government and that is why it is in losses and unable to compete with competitors. With a lethargic approach to its customers even if govt. supports BSNL can they succeed in reviving the company.
