How to register on BSNL Selfcare to view BSNL usage or pay BSNL bill online?
You have to register on the BSNL Web Selfcare portal and will be able to use all the features available on this portal. For registration on new BSNL selfcare portal, there are two cases:
- If you are registered with old selfcare portal
- Fresh registration (New user Sign-Up)
Case-1: If you are registered with the old selfcare portal:
For registration in BSNL Selfcare for already registered in the old selfcare portal of BSNL, it would be essential for the existing web selfcare users to re-register themselves on the revamped web selfcare portal.
The user needs to follow six simple steps for re-registration:
- Enter your existing WSC user-id & displayed captcha, and press the “Login” button. The portal shall recognize you as an existing user and initiate the re-registration process.
- Put your existing web selfcare user id, password, and telephone number.
- Please verify your email id and mobile number. Please update if any changes are required. From now onwards, your email id will be your username.
- OTP will be sent to the entered mobile number. Please use the sent OTP to proceed further.
- Please set a new password for your user name to complete the registration process.
- For activating your account – Please log in to your email account and click on the verification link sent by the web self-care portal. You are ready to use the portal now!!!
Case-2: Fresh registration (New user Sign-Up):
For registration in BSNL Selfcare portal for new user sign-up, follow some simple steps for New registration:
- First, open the URL https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in/tungsten/UI/facelets/login.xhtml, then Click on Sign up for new users sign up.
- User needs to enter Name, Email id, Confirm email id, Mobile Number, Captcha, Telecom circle and click on the “Next” button.
- After clicking on “Next”. A four-digit OTP will be sent to the mobile number entered during sign up. Enter the OTP received in the OTP field. Click Resend OTP to receive the OTP again.
- Enter Password. Provide a strong password as per the password policy (that is, a password should be a minimum of eight characters and should contain alphanumeric characters).
- Enter the password in the Confirm Password field. Ensure that the password entered matches with the password entered in the Password field.
- Click Submit. A verification link is sent to the user’s email id. After successful verification of email id, the user is able to log on to the Central Web Selfcare application through that email id.
After registration, you should log in at BSNL Selfcare Portal with Username (Email Id used during sign up) and password generated by you to avail of all the features. New BSNL Selfcare application provides all facilities like view BSNL bill, pay BSNL bill online for landline and broadband, check BSNL broadband usage online, change broadband password, book complain online, and many more.
